Agent terms (can’t be loosened after launch)

Trade tax2.0%Charged on every trade on top of the base fee, and all of it enters the fee split (Pons calls it the creator tax; capped at 10%). A higher tax gives the agent more ammunition but puts traders off.

Default rules

Locked at launch

The agent can trade the treasury only on this coin’s own curve or pool.
Counter-cyclical only: buys only 5% below the on-chain reference, sells only 10% above it.
Each trade is capped at 10% of the treasury and 1.5% price impact; 24-hour buys at 30% (50% on graduation day).
No trading for 30 minutes after launch; no selling before graduation or for 2 hours after it.
Fees rebated on the agent’s own trades go 100% back to the treasury, so neither the platform nor the creator profits from wash volume.

Risk notice: the platform’s registry owner can withdraw the treasury at any time; the Pons protocol owner keeps the right to rewrite the fee recipient behind a 3-day timelock; and audits of Pons and of this platform’s contracts are not finished.
